Motorsports Entities Uniting For Brownsburg Open House

BROWNSBURG, Ind. — Race teams, drivers and fans are invited to participate in the Brownsburg Industry Gathering Motorsports Celebration on Dec. 11-12.

Dubbed the #ThisIsBig celebration, many Brownsburg-based racing industry entities will be open to the public and offer shop tours, seminars and special sale events to help kick-start the holiday season, in lieu of the Performance Racing Industry Trade Show not being held this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The #ThisIsBig collaboration will take place Dec. 11 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET and on Dec. 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Featuring informative seminars from various industry leaders as well as motorsports-centric giveaways and specialty pricing offerings, those attending will also have the opportunity to purchase racing apparel from a diverse line-up of competitive drivers and teams.

In addition, Lucas Oil Raceway will host ride and drive events utilizing the facility’s three race courses. Additional displays and events at LOR will be located in the Top Eliminator Club facility and will feature booths from the Indiana Economic Development Corp. and the Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce among others.

Brownsburg-based restaurants such as the Pit Stop BBQ & Grill and Bricker’s Pub will be open to host attendees following days of meetings, shopping, seminars and shop tours.

Brownsburg is known as one of the most diversified motorsports regions in the world. Racing teams from the IndyCar, NHRA, SCCA, USAC, World of Outlaws, All Star Circuit of Champions, karting and numerous other disciplines of the sport call the area home.

In addition, numerous industry businesses utilize Brownsburg’s convenient location and proximity to Indianapolis to continue to grow their brands.

Additional information regarding the #ThisIsBig opportunity including the list of participating businesses, seminar schedules and special events will be announced in the coming weeks.

All participants and attendees will be asked to follow all social distancing guidelines and state recommended COVID-19 regulations will be enforced.
